CSC honors 315 graduates with first virtual ceremony

 


CHADRON, NE (05/12/2020)-- Chadron State College honored 315 candidates for graduation in a virtual commencement exercise on the college's YouTube site Saturday.

***Summa cum laude, 3.9-4.0 GPA

**Magna cum laude, 3.75-3.89 GPA

*Cum laude, 3.6-3.74

Alexandria Williamson of Cheyenne, WY (82009) graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Chadron State College.

Casey Kukowski of Pine Bluffs, WY (82082) graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Chadron State College.

Steven Thompson of Cheyenne, WY (82001) graduated with a BS in Education degree from Chadron State College.

Aimee Steil of Cheyenne, WY (82009) graduated with a Master of Arts in Education degree from Chadron State College.

Chadron State College, which was founded in 1911, is the only four-year, regionally-accredited college in the western half of Nebraska. As a public institution with its roots in teacher education, Chadron State takes pride in its accessibility and affordability. Nearly 3,000 undergraduate, graduate and online students currently attend Chadron State and its curriculum has grown to offer programs and courses in more than 50 majors and endorsements and eight master's degree programs.
