"We engaged in long rallies, communicated, and worked together as a team." said Engstrom.  "We are missing the mental focus to finish a game still but each day and each week we are gaining confidence and experience."

On Saturday, Sept. 5 Pine Bluffs played Burns and lost in 3 games, 25-27, 25-16, 25-17.

Jaden Shelit had 12 kills and 12 digs.

Alli Borgman had 4 kills and 8 touch blocks.

Emily Haas was 16/17 from the serving line and had 2 ace serves.

Andrea Reifschneider had 74 setting contacts with 17 assists.

"Our record does not give our improvement any credit. Patience is a must this year with ourselves and each other," said Engstrom.

Pine Bluffs will travel to Lusk on Friday, Sept. 11 for a 4:00pm match against the tigers.
