Sadie's opened their doors for a soft opening on Wednesday, September 30 to a group of customers who had long waited to come and dine at the cafe built by Jack Hockersmith and family.

The following day was a regular opening, and though the morning was not as busy as the lunch time, it gave the staff time to adjust to new equipment.

Veronica, Robyn and Shayna were eager and dealt with the abundance of customers entering. Ronnie, Korbyn and Belle were ready to prepare the food.

Local baker, Kelly Gordon makes all the baked goods including buns, cinnamon rolls, muffins etc.
