Laramie County School District #2 was notified last week that a student within the Burns Jr/Sr High School community has tested positive for COVID-19.  The Cheyenne-Laramie County Health Department, in partnership with Burns Jr/Sr High School, has begun contact tracing protocols.  Some students that attend Burns Jr/Sr High School have been quarantined.  Those quarantined have potentially been in contact with the COVID-19 positive individual and meet the definition of a close contact.
