LCSD#2 Parents for Change is a community action group comprised of parents, educators and members of the Burns, Albin, Carpenter and Pine Bluffs area. This group was formed in response to the mask mandate that was imposed upon our students on October 8, 2020. While our group was organized as a result of the mask mandate, that is not our only focus.
