Burns High School has district Teacher of the Year

Anna Eklund, Burns High School math teacher was recently selected as Laramie County School District No. 2 "Teacher of the Year".

Every year faculty can nominate a teacher, who in their opinion, stands out and goes above and beyond in their classroom and subject.

Bobby Dishman, the Principal at Burns high School, commented that "Anna Eklund is a rockstar at what she does. I've had several kids mention that they struggled with math classes and didn't like it but then they had Eklund as a teacher and all of that changed."
