Alexis Engel signed with the University of Maine to continue to play volleyball. She explained that she did not get a scholarship because it is a D3 school. "But I am going for all 4 years," she added.
Engel is planning on majoring in psychology.
Engel is looking for a new approach to people and how they live. "I wanted to get away from Wyoming. There are a lot of closed minded people here and I wanted to experience outside of that. My first choice was Oregon but I got the offer from Maine so I had to take it. I did not get to visit the campus but have been in touch with the coach." she...
