State of Emergency declared for Wyoming

Early Wednesday morning Governor Mark Gordon authorized the emergency declaration for the state of Wyoming after winter storm Xylia dropped 30 plus inches of snow across  Southeast Wyoming. 

Later that day County commissioners met to discuss and find a resolution for the state of emergency. "It's ironic that a year ago today we did a special emergency meeting to put in place covered protocols for Laramie County,'' said commissioner Gunner Malm "I really hope this one does not last as long I don't anticipate it too because snow melts."
