Former Lady Hornet breaks Chadron record

Former Pine Bluffs track and field standout Jourdaine Cerenil was recently recognized as a school record holder at Chadron State College for her efforts in the college's athletic strength and conditioning program.
Cerenil deadlifted 330 pounds in the team's workout session to set a new high mark in the exercise for student-athletes competing in jumps for the track and field team. The previous record was 260 pounds.
