Legislative Watch – Wrap Up

The legislative session is winding down, finally. When the Legislators come back Tuesday from Easter break they will only have two days left. That means that by the time you get the paper, they’ll be gone for another year.

HB0075 (Voter Identification) PASSED the Senate! I never believed it would but it has. This is a major step forward to enhancing the integrity of our election process. Unfortunately, HB0178 and HB0234 were not introduced and were, therefore, never considered.
