It was a dark and stormy night, thunder rolled and the lightning struck! Nah, just kidding! However, it was a bit chilly and wet, but that didn't stop nine vendors who wanted to kick start the Burns Farmer's Market on May 22, 2021, and a snack van, "Junk in the Trunk" supplying yummies for the tummy and hot chocolate to help keep the vendors and shoppers warm.

"About 15 vendors have signed up for the season," said Danielle Allman, one of the organizers and a vendor of the Burns Farmers Market. "There will be a variety of vegetables, crafts, baked goods and much more."
