The Burns Town Council meeting was called to order August 6 at 6:30 p.m. by Mayor James Clark. All council members were present except for Craig McPhie. He had passed away the last week of July. McPhie was on the Burns Town Council for two years. He was on the Parks and Recreation committee. At the meeting Mayor Clark called for a moment of silence in the memory of Council Member Craig McPhie.
