Laramie County School District 2 gave orientation to the new employees on Wednesday August 18th. Fresh new faces are getting ready for the fresh new students. The excitement of the year was bubbling out of the employees.

Liz Loyd will be teaching 3rd grade at Burns Elementary School. She is from Wellington, Colorado. Loyd is building a new home in Carpenter. She has been teaching for nineteen years. Loyd has taught almost all elementary grades except kindergarten. Her two kids will be going to Pine Bluffs. Loyd is looking forward to the small community and to connect with the children and...
