Amber Barrett Teacher of the Year Laramie County School District No. 2

The Laramie County School District #2 teacher of the year of 2021-2022 is Amber Barrett. She teaches second grade at Burns Elementary School.

This award comes from a committee of educators throughout the district who look at different teachers. The committee decided Barrett was energetic and passionate. She believes building character by focusing on attitude, integrity, grit and purpose.
