A dedication to a person who is dedicated, active, and has a big heart leaves the community in tears and in awe. The United Methodist Church dedicated the Children's Sunday School room to Kate Russell on February 13, 2022.

Russell has been an active member of the Albin and Pine Bluffs communities. She was a member of the Pine Bluffs United Methodist Church for seven years.
