Wyoming Senate disciplines Senator Anthony Bouchard

On a 19-10 vote Thursday night, the Senate stripped Senator Anthony Bouchard of all committee assignments, essentially ostracizing him from activity in the Senate. Senate President Dockstader turned the podium over to the Vice President to administer the proceedings so he could read the charges against Senator Bouchard.
