Why Bother with the Constitution?

Why bother with the Constitution at all? That seemed to be the attitude of the Laramie County Commissioners last month when they declined the request by the Laramie County Republican Party to declare Laramie County a Constitutional County and stand up for the rights of Laramie County citizens.

In January the Laramie County Republican Party Central Committee passed a resolution asking the Commissioners to declare Laramie County a Constitutional County.
