The Lady Hornets traveled to Newcastle to compete in the 2A Southeast Regional championships for the chance to go to the state championship meet. The top eight finishers in the individual events and the top four finishers in the team events will earn their place at the state meet. The Lady Hornets had two athletes finish in first place in the region. Monse Serrano in shot put and Alyssa Slade in the high jump are both Regional Champions.
