Carpenter's Third Grade raises money for Cancer

Have you ever read something and felt inspired to make a change?  That's what happened in Mrs. Austin's classroom a few weeks ago.  For those of you who do not know Mrs. Austin at Carpenter Elementary School, she is an innovative educator who is always inspiring her students to apply the lessons from the classroom to real life.  She brings in map experts and engineers for her students to see and learn about real world applications.
