For new business and actions items there was three ordinances and two resolutions. The first ordinance is the second reading of Ordinance 2022-05. This is an Ordinance amending Chapter 5 of the code of ordinance of the town of Pine Bluffs,Wyoming entitled “Building Regulations” by creating article10 modifying and reorganizing those provisions governing the implementation of a solar access permit system, establishing a procedure for permitting and providing for an effective date.
