Grover Parade leads into the Earl Anderson Memorial Rodeo

The Earl Anderson Memorial Rodeo was celebrating it's 99th year and it all started with a parade held in Grover, Colo. To get the parade started on the right track, the Donald Eisenhauer American Legion Post 60 Honor Guard from Pine Bluffs posted the colors by leading off the parade with flags flying and a very patriotic float of members making sure the kids got a good start on candy.

The Grand Marshal this year was the "Empty Saddle" in honor of all the cowboy friends and community members that Grover has lost this year plus the last 99 years. The horse with the empty saddle being led w...
