Council member resigns and two new candidates are added to the board.

The Burns Town Council met on September 12th at 6:30 p.m. Before the meeting started an executive session was held to interview for the council position that Jeff Appleman had vacated.

Once the meeting resumed, Councilmember Dennis Bastian resigned. He stated, "With my business having several big contracts I am too busy. This is an opportunity to give the position to someone that has the time. I have been a council member for 10 years. I will finish my projects just not on the board.
