The ballot for the General Election in November will look a little different this year. There will be two Constitutional Amendments that voters need to decide on. It always scares me when the legislature, or Congress for that matter, proposes Constitutional amendments. I ask myself who will benefit from the amendments. Is it the citizens, the government, or particular individuals? Sometimes the answer is obvious but often it’s obfuscated and you have to dig to find the solution to the question.
