It was a beautiful day for "Walk for a Cause." Jason Hanner started his 'Walk' across Nebraska on Friday September 23rd. This venture is for awareness of Veterans with mental issues and suicide prevention. His sister, brother-in-law, and friends arrived at the state line at the edge of Pine Bluffs at 8:30 a.m. The Bushnell Fire Department came up to follow them to Lake Oliver between Bushnell and Kimball. From there the Kimball Fire Department took over and will be following him into Kimball. His goal is to do twenty miles a day. Hanner figures he will be sore for the first few days. He sai...
