Burns HS Jasper Nusbaum receives Citizenship award

A very active student in and out of school, Jaspur Nusbaum, son of Cody and Jeanette Nusbaum received the Citizenship Award from the Laramie County Retired Education Personnel.

Burns counselor Kaycee Tidyman said, " Nusbuam received this award for a multitude of reasons. He works diligently in all that he is a part of and is passionate about serving others, both in and out of the communities he is part of.
