Hornets take charge in Colorado

The Pine Bluffs Hornets basketball squad traveled south to Colorado to compete against the Del Norte Tigers in a round-robin tournament. The Hornets were coming off a win against the Thunderbirds of Cheyenne and still working on getting back to their championship playing. The Tigers were a 2-4 team with something to prove and were looking to make easy work of the state champions. It was a good game and the Tigers tried to stay with the Hornets but couldn’t match their speed and shooting abilities. The Hornets won the game 57-46.
