Lerwick and Schaefer Standout Players for the Hornets

It's been a fast paced start to the Pine Bluffs Hornets Basketball season. The boys started off with the Burns Insurance Winter classic with a 3-1 finishing record. A high point in the tournament was an accomplishment by Stu Lerwick.

Pine Bluffs senior Stuart Lerwick joined the 1,000-point club during the tournament, an amazing accomplishment for the young athlete.

Lerwick was also named the Wyoming News Now Prep Athlete of the week on December 12th. Lerwick is averaging 19.3 points and 8.3 rebounds per game and has guided Pine Bluffs to a 3-1 start to their 2022-23 season. They are ranked...
