The Burns/Pine Bluffs indoor track team completed the Last Chance Qualifer track meet on February 24th. This was the last chance for the athletes to qualify for state. The team ran well and several members were able to qualify for state.
On the Girls side Alyssa Slade placed first in the high jump with a leap of 5'. Emily Haas placed third in the shot put with a put of 32ft 5 in. Cathy Purdum took third in the triple jump with a jump of 32ft 10.5 in. The sprint medley relay team took second in their race and the 4x400m and 4x800m relay teams took third.
