Lady Hornets Place at Morrill Early Bird Meet

The Lady Hornets track and field team followed the boys to Morrill, NE., to compete in the Early Bird Invite. The girl's team has several stars including the Indoor Track High Jump state champion Alyssa Slade. She hit her record making mark of 5ft 2in to take first place in the event. Time will tell if she is able to keep up her performance and maintain her state championship. Also on the girl's team are several other leaders that will be vying for state recognition.
