There were some concern about the cleaning bid for the Town of Burns. The Burns Town Council met on March 27th for their second regular meeting of the month.

Mayor Jim Clark had several issues to report on. First was his concern with the cleaning bid from Shawntelle Young. He said, “She underbid the job as she spends so much time here cleaning.” Mayor Clark requested Young do some additional cleaning at an hourly rate. Council member Judy Johnstone said she hopes that when the bid comes open again that she will bid higher.
