Burns puts Sunset Development on hold

The Sunset development is on hold and leases were approved, at the Burns Town council meeting on May 8th at 6:30 p.m. It started late due to the Utility board meeting being longer than normal.

Larry Gallagher from Summit Engineering announced that Sunset development is on hold. His client was concerned about the cost of building material. Because of Covid all material has tripled in the last few years. Gallagher wants to keep the Burns council informed on what is going on. He did work on second street.
