Last Monday on the 6th of November the Burns/Pine Bluffs junior high wrestling team went to the Lingle/Ft Laramie area to compete in the LFL Middle School Dogger Invite. The team did well, and some stars are starting to shine. Jesse Gortney is taking first place in almost every match that he competes in, along with LJ Hansen, who is also rising and taking first in his matches. Several other wrestlers are moving up the ladder and becoming real competitors and prospects for the high school team.
