Wyoming Native graduates from the U.S, Naval Academy

ANNAPOLIS, Md. – William "Keenan" Manlove, of Cheyenne, Wyo., graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chinese, successfully completing four years of challenging academic, physical, and professional military training. He commissioned as an Ensign of the United States Navy. Manlove is a 2020 graduate of Burns High School in Burns, Wyo.
