Kites Soar to the Sky in the Bluffs

Back in the old days the kids loved spring because they were able to fly a kite. The fathers would put two sticks together and have the kids design the paper that would be glued to the sticks. Then the string would be attached along with the tail. Kites are a symbolization of freedom and courage.
