Pine Bluffs FFA holds Blood Drive

Some people have no problem with blood and others faint at the sight. Blood is very important to people that have lost a lot of it, and that is why there are blood drives.

Blood drives were started by the Red Cross in 1949 during World War II. The military was in a need of blood for the soldiers and victims of war. As time went by, the demand for blood varies. Now days blood is needed for surgeries, accidents, blood diseases, and other diseases. Some blood types are rare and the demand is higher than others. Donating blood reduces the thickness of a person's blood, allowing it to flow better....
