Pine Bluffs Track and Field head coach Dustin Lee was selected by the Wyoming Coaches Association as their 2016 2A Track and Field Coach of the Year. Pine Bluffs officials are moving forward, but they want to ensure that daycare is always a readily available service for town residents.
