    A set of holding tanks nine miles north of Burns and owned by Wolfman Energy were struck by lightning Friday afternoon. fifty-six vehicles, 35 of them fire fighting related, responded to the mutual aid call from Laramie County Fire District No. 6 which was first to respond. Mrs. Vavra had worked as a homemaker, bookkeeper, grocery clerk, senior companion, and greeter at the Pine Bluffs Visitor Center.     Albin residents realized the importance of water in their life Tuesday evening, Sept. 3, after Aaron Anderson, the town maintenance man had to shut off the water supply due to a leak. The leak began in Chris Beckman’s basement, but in order to find a shut-off for the Beckman house, Anderson had to “go digging.” He ran into a water line but was unable to shut off just the block since there was no alternative shut-off valve.
