Pawnee Prom 2013 – Country paradise under a mason jar chandelier

Over 60 students, administration and school board dined Saturday evening on smoked chicken, pork and brisket served by the eighth grade to kick off the 2013 Pawnee Country Prom. The cafeteria was decorated with burlap, candles and mason jars filled with wildflowers. After dinner, royalty was crowned. The junior attendants were Justin Gebauer and Afton Zitek. The 2013 King and Queen were Brye Brunelle and “winning by a landslide” Lyndee Johnson. The royalty began the dance and others followed.
