I neglected to write up a summary of this month’s village meeting in last week’s news, so I’ll include it this week. The meeting was very well attended, with standing room only.

Verne Hackbarth plans to start circulating a petition to get the proposed half-cent sales tax on this year’s ballot. Talk to him if you’re interested in helping get the word out.
