Hornets build underclassmen

Burns Bronc Travis Romsa power arms a Hornet as he goes up for two points. Burns and Pine Bluffs will continue their "neighborhood" rivalry this season with two regular season contests.

Pine Bluffs boys basketball head coach Will Gray begins his second season as head coach with only one returning starter, Scott Gross. However, the bench offers experience and five letter winners from last year.

Gray is focused on building from that experience and the new players coming onto the court.

"We have a lot of players to replace from last year's very successful team," Gray said. "Even though it didn't end the way we wanted, we were able to accomplish many great things."
