D.A.R.E. graduates celebrate with field trip, bowling and pizza

The Pine Bluffs 6th grade D.A.R.E. class celebrated last Friday with a pizza and bowling party at the Pine Bowl, sponsored by the Pine Bluffs Police Department and Laramie County Sheriff's Department.

"D.A.R.E. is a ten-week program on drug and alcohol resistance, education and we cover bullying, peer pressure, basically how to make good decisions," said Laramie County Sheriffs Deputy Char Madden. "We teach the kids how to use the D.A.R.E. decision-making model when situations arise, they have to define the problem, access the situation and come up with choices on what to do, make a choice...
