Burns Lady Broncs win one - lose one

The Girls Broncs Basket played two games last week. First against Glenrock, then against Niobrara County. The Lady Broncs won a game and lost a game.

The Lady Broncs sealed the win in the first period with a total of 11 points against Glenrocks 4 points. second period the hard work was kept up, with 15 more points the score rested at 26 points for halftime. Next was third period with 11 more points, then fourth period with another 7 points. the final score was 44 to 26 points, the Lady Broncs taking home the win. The game leaders consisted of #23 Maddisyn Mirich, #3 Kayla Krakow, and finally #15 Cassidy Weibel. Mirich scored 13 points, four rebounds, three steals, and four turnovers. Krakow scored 9 points, she also had four rebounds, three steals, and three turnovers. Finally Weibel had 9 points with three rebounds, four steals, and one turnover.

The next game was against Niobrara County, this game was not as fortunate. in the first period Niobrara County scored 20 points, against Lady Broncs' 6 points. The Ladies brought the score up by 10 points in the second period. next was 8 points in the third period, and 6 in the fourth. the final score was 57 points for Niobrara County against 30 points for The Lady Broncs. The game leaders were #15 Weibel, #25 Korbin Liley, and #5 Malli O'Neil. O'Neil had 9 points, four rebounds, four steals, and three turnovers. Next was Weibel with 6 points, three rebounds, and four turnovers. finally was Liley with 5 points two rebounds, one steal, one block, and one turnover.
