Lady Broncs second at SEWACC

The Lady Broncs gained a bit of momentum with a second-place finish at the Southeastern Wyoming Athletic Conference track and field meet over the weekend.

Pipe Perez earned a win in the 800-meter run and placed in other events. Layne Burnett, a freshman, won the 1600-meter run just in front of Madison Thompson.

Now, it’s just matter of seeing how the team performs this weekend at the Wyoming 1A/2A East Region meet in Torrington.
