Allens celebrate 50 years

Mr. and Mrs. Ed Allen west of Albin celebrated their 50th anniversary recently with a family trip hosted by their three children and their families. They stayed at a cabin in Idaho Park, ID and toured Yellowstone National Park.

Beverly Sandberg and Ed Allen met while attending the same church. They were married June 22, 1968 at First Baptist Church in Cheyenne.

Both graduated from high school in 1964-Bev from Hillsdale and Ed from Albin. They both are University of Wyoming graduates-Bev obtained a journalism degree in 1968 and Ed an agricultural mechanics degree in 1969.
