Council approves grant request
If approved, $764,000 grant/loan would fund new water well

The future Pine Bluffs Municipal Building home located at 215 Main Street. The original move-in date was anticipated to be Feb. 15. However, that has been moved back two week according to Pine Bluffs Treasurer Kim Patterson.
Pine Bluffs Town Council Members Monday night voted to apply for $764,000 in grants and loans to bore an 800ft water well near the town's rodeo facility.
In two resolutions, the council approved applying for a $382,000 grant from the Wyoming State Lands and Investment Board and an additional $382,000 loan from the SLIB.
Pine Bluffs Treasurer Kim Patterson told council members the SLIB doesn't necessarily have to approve the loan, but seeking the loan and grant now is prudent.
