Exercising their second amendment rights is something Gary and Cody Smith take very seriously while still managing to squeeze in a lot of history and a little bit of fun. Located at 4696 Road 204 in Carpenter, the Smithmoor Gun Range is a father/son owned Black Powder Cartridge Rifle Club or BPCR for short.
