Tractor Pulling on the farm

The Kranz Farm held the annual tractor pull on Saturday and Sunday of this last week. These events can go up to five divisions and 10,000 pounds. Participants are awarded cash prizes for the first, second, and third places, and all participants are awarded points for both showing and placing.

Pullers who compete across the state use their points in the Platte Valley Tractor Association to up their standing for that final plaque awarded at the end of the season. This years winners can earn up to nine points to go towards their final standing.
