Munoz achieves national election certification

CHEYENNE: Tory Munoz, Deputy Clerk in the election office of the Laramie County Clerk, will attain the designation of a Certified Elections/Registration Administrator (CERA), the highest professional achievement available to election and voter registration officials, in a ceremony in Florida next month.
