New cafe in Pine Bluffs delays opening

Sadie's Cafe LLC has cancelled their soft opening planned for Saturday, Sept. 19 due compliance and construction issues that are currently being addressed, said Jeannie Hockersmith, co-founder.
"We will see everyone at our grand opening on Oct. 1," said Hockersmith.
