This past weekend has proven to be an abnormally cold one even for Wyoming. Although it tends to be cold and windy in late October the temperatures usually range from 68 to 55degrees. Temperatures rarely falling below 39 degrees and hardly exceeding 81 degrees.  On October 25th the temperature ranged from a high off 11 degrees and low of 2 degrees averaging out to about 7 degrees most of the day. Aside from the the temperature changes there was an abnormal amount of snow left behind. Up to 14 inches of snow was left in some areas, totally blowing records out of the way. Back in 2011 the record was held at 5.7 inches of snow while the record low was 5 degrees.
